Facial Fillers

As we age, the muscles in our face start to decrease in volume and the skin begins to look less firm.

It’s a fact that we can’t look young forever and that wrinkles will eventually appear, but there are some things we can do to slow down the process and still have a natural look. That’s where facial fillers come in. Besides treating wrinkles, facial fillers can make parts of the face look fuller and also help to diminish unsymmetrical facial expression.

Facial fillers are usually used for the following:

  • Dark and sunken area under the eyes
  • Reshaping of the nose
  • Asymmetric correction
  • Plumping of the face and neck
  • Cheeks
  • Naso-labial lines

In our clinic you will be treated by highly trained specialists that will make sure you leave satisfied with the procedure. They will put your safety first while they treat you to achieve the complexion you’ve always wanted.

The most common side effects occur within 24 hours or immediately post treatment. These include: swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness. Immediate side effects usually disappear within days. However, depending on the type of dermal filler used, it can take a few weeks. All our injectors are available for follow-up consultations if you have any concerns.

Dermal fillers can last up to three to six months and in some cases longer. Lips are a high activity area as we use them all the time, this can impact how long the results will last. Please speak to your Cosmetic Injector about this.

To determine the correct dosage you need to book in for a consultation with one of our Cosmetic Injectors.
